A conductor who creates new worlds

Nicolas André goes his way discreetly but surely, with a lot of determination and an open spirit. Graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyon, he created both the ensemble "Les Enchantements", devoted to the interpretation of baroque music, and the choir "Diakhrôma" with which he offered a platform for numerous young composers. Subsequently, he created the festival d'Arromanches near his hometown, where a youth orchestra (also created by Nicolas André) plays the great symphonic repertoire from Mozart over Brahms and Stravinsky to Poulenc. He tries new concert formats and collaborates for example with "Accordzéâm", a group of popular music, offering with them an original vision of the New World Symphony by Dvorak. Success with the public guaranteed!
