After focusing intensely on Verdi-operas throughout recent months (Otello at the Salzburg Easter Festival, La Traviata at the New National Theatre in Tokyo and at the Opéra du Rhin, Un Ballo in maschera at the Théâtre du Capitole) Vincent Boussard is back at the St. Gallen Theatre staging his first Wagnerian opera: Lohengrin. This is also the first production of this opera in St. Gallen in more than 100 years! At Vincent Boussard’s side for this new production his faithful and regular working partners Vincent Lemaire (settings), Christian Lacroix (costumes) and Guido Levi (light design).
