After staging Un ballo in maschera at the Théâtre du Capitole in Toulouse and at the Staatstheater Nürnberg, Vincent Boussard gets (with great pleasure) back to Verdi in a new production of La Traviata at the Opéra national du Rhin. He is assisted by his long-standing partners Vincent Lemaire (set design), Christian Lacroix (costume design) and Guido Levi (light design). Operning night on December 11, 2015.
Vincent Boussard will subsequently, and with the same team, go deeper into Verdi’s repertoire when staging Otello for the Salzburg Easter Festival. The orchestra will be the Staatskapelle Dresden under the baton of Christian Thielemann.
